Ballroom Dancing in Essex
I am attempting to put on a Ballroom dancing event in Basildon
Essex at the Towngate Theatre. I have provisionally booked the Ross
Mitchell Orchestra for the event which is scheduled to take place
on Tuesday 27th January 2009. Although this may appear to be a way
off, I have been given until the end of October to sell tickets,
or at very least get some firm numbers on likely attendance. The
idea is to run two events on the same day, one from 1pm to 5pm and
one from 6:30 to 10:30pm. I am trying to encourage the venue to
make such an event a regular thing but they are not convinced there
is a demand for Ballroom in the Basildon area.
