DanceEast runs a variety of dance classes, workshops and short courses, open to all, from tots to teenagers, to the over 60\\\'s.

The programme includes belly dancing; contemporary and creative dance; ballet; Pilates; yoga and jazz. From classes for people with physical and learning disabilities through to advanced ballet for adults, DanceEast brings opportunities to dance to everyone across East Anglia, and promotes dance as a pastime for fun and fitness for everybody.

Cuban Salsa at the Hotel Elizabeth Orwell in Felixstowe.

Beginners from 8pm, intermediate from 9pm, no need to bring a partner and beginners are always welcome - please contact the organisers if you are new to Salsa, we will arrange an introduction to the basics before the class starts.

FunDancing classes are Strictly Style Dance-a-cise classes suitable for any age, gender or ability, no partners required.

Each 60 minute class gives you uniquely choreographed routines to familiar fun music after a fun warm-up and before a sensible stretch and cool-down.

Shimmy your way to fitness and fun! Bellydancing is a great way for women to get fit, have fun, and gain body confidence. From 16 to 65, for women of all ages and sizes, belly dancing can be a great and rewarding exercise and art form. Let your inner Goddess out!

Naia (Joanna van der Hoeven) enjoys dance of all kinds, but especially loves the fluidity and movement of belly dancing. Naia teaches Gypsy Fusion Belly Dance, a fusion belly dance style that incorporates elements from Egyptian, Turkish and Tribal belly dance - all with a definitive gypsy flair.
