Destination Dance Company is a young, vibrant, passionate company teaching Street Dance classes in North Devon and Mid Devon.

Destination Dance Company originally started in January 2010 offering beginners and more advanced classes for Children and Adults in South Molton and has since expanded fast to meet demand. We now run classes in Tiverton, Barnstaple and the surrounding areas.

Classes are open to anyone with a passion to dance – no experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! We aim to create a relaxed, fun atmosphere for our students, and encourage everyone to try their best. Classes focus on working as a team to create a supportive and positive atmosphere to ultimately help boost confidence, self belief, fitness and flexibility whilst learning a really great performance skill!

Destination Dance Company specialise in Street and Hip Hop Classes for Adults and Children from the age of 6 upwards. Warm ups and routines are set to up to date chart music and well known Hip Hop numbers. Our unique choreography aims to bring something fresh, new, creative and energetic to perform and to watch! We also run Women’s Only Dancercise Classes which tone and slim your body whilst you work out in a fun and creative way. Destination Dance is for both Boys and Girls, for beginners and for the more experienced. We aim to encourage all students to express themselves through Street Dance - to \"Live it, Love it and Perform it!\"

■ What is a beginners class?
Between 10 - 12 weeks the beginners classes are intended for people who have never danced before but want to give it a try and see what it is like. You don’t need to know a thing about dancing before the classes, all will be explained. We start from scratch, breaking everything down step by step. The classes are progressive therefore Building your repertoire from week to week, you’ll be dancing from week one!

■ What is an improvers class?
Once you have the fundamental basics then you can go further adding all the extra locks and spins allowing you to tailor a routine to fit your own preferences and personality. If you already have your own routines and simply want to refresh or add an extra figure these classes are very casual allowing you to pick and choose what suits you.
