I am a qualified IDTA teacher with teaching experience of over 10 years. The Ballroom dances we teach include Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Tango and Viennese Waltz. Latin dances taught include Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba and Paso Doble.

We can also teach the following dances that fall outside the Ballroom or Latin categories and these include Salsa, Merengue, Modern Jive Argentine Tango. These dances are normally taught in weekly lessons but can be taught privately by arrangement

Pole dancing for fitness classes.

Pole dancing for fitness is based on the sensual and athletic dance form found in clubs. Due to it's fantastic body toning and sculpturing benefits, pole dancing has taken off as a more widely accepted fitness & exercise class in recent years and is very rapidly creating a world wide pole fitness frenzy of fun fitness classes! Pole dancing for fitness was beautifully performed and brought to the mainstream in June 2010 by the wonderful Alesia Vazmitsel on the 2010 Britain's Got Talent.

Utilising many muscle groups, pole dancing for fitness is great for toning, developing firmer arms, more defined shoulders and back and stronger and more defined abs too! With between 2 & 4 students to a pole, we can ensure a great workout.

Pole dancing for fitness is a confidence boosting activity, it's very gymnastic and is a great physical activity complimenting all other aerobic, dance, parkour, gymnastic, combat, fitness and strength disciplines.

Polenastics holds a number of evening and day time pole dancing for fitness classes in Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Buckingham, Hitchin, Fenny Stratford, Leighton Buzzard, Wolverton, Letchworth and Newport Pagnell.
