Some of our folk dances date from the seventeenth century whilst others are new, but the emphasis at Lichfield Folk Dance Club is on the promotion of friendliness and enjoyment.

New members and novices are always very welcome and there is no need to come with a partner. Lichfield Folk Dance Club Mondays 8pm to 1015pm

Type of Dance Available: English Folk Dance, Playford, Contra, Square, Quadrills, Lancers etc;

MDE organise social dance event in Staffordshire and beyond, using only clubs and venues with good sized dance floors, such as the Kings Hall, Stoke and the White Eagle Club, Stafford. MDE also organise gala balls.
